Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
  • Duplicate or excess payment resulting from a payment gateway failure or multiple transactions for a single purchase.
  • Technical failure where the product or licence key was not delivered after a confirmed payment.
  • Any other situation determined to be valid at the sole discretion of Relyon Customer Service.

Note: Refunds are applicable only for purchases made directly through https://relyonsoft.com/ . Purchases made through authorised distributors, resellers, or channel partners must be addressed with the respective entity and are not covered under this policy.

Refund Request Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • Requests received after 10 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our Customer Service team, and a refund may or may not be issued at Relyon’s discretion.
  • We strongly encourage customers to contact us promptly if they encounter any payment or product delivery issues.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
  • The software has been successfully downloaded, activated, or used.
  • The licence key has been generated and delivered.
  • The refund request is made after the 10-day period without valid reason.
  • The purchase was made through a third-party distributor or channel partner.
  • Requests based on change of mind or non-usage of the product after activation.

Licence Key Surrender

As a mandatory condition for processing any refund:
  • The licence key issued at the time of purchase must be surrendered through the designated surrender process available in the Registration Screen of the respective software application.
  • Refunds will not be initiated until the licence key has been successfully surrendered and verified by our team.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, customers must obtain a Refund Authorization (RA) Number. Please follow the steps below:

Step 3 – Submit Supporting Documents:
A copy of the Relyon purchase receipt and the original Relyon invoice may be requested before the RA number is issued.
Step 4 – Receive RA Number:
Once verified, an RA number will be shared with you, confirming that your refund request is being processed.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be credited within 10 business days from the date of Refund Authorization (RA) generation.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
